Caring for Your Leather

Remove your earrings before working out.

Sweat and natural oils can diminish the look of the leather.

Check the hooks on your earrings regularly.

Be sure to check the hooks on your earrings and make sure that they are tightly pinched closed. They can loosen over time and then you could lose an earring! They are easy to squeeze closed, so always check before wearing them.

Always wear backs on your earrings.

Since these earrings are so lightweight, they can easily slip off of your ear and you won't even notice until it's too late. Avoid a wardrobe malfunction by always wearing the backs!

Keep a jewelry cloth handy.

The natural process of curing the leather can cause the metal on your earrings to tarnish. Simply wipe with a cloth and they will look good as new!

Keep your earrings dry.

Our earrings are made from genuine leather and thus water can damage and stain your earrings. Store them in a dry place so that they will stay beautiful for a long time!

Use a warm iron when necessary.

If your leather earrings start to curl or bend, you can cover the backside of the leather with a light cloth and iron on a warm setting to flatten them back out.
